I found the room well kept, and the beds comfortable. the location near the train station was very convenient. i had quick access to nearby restaurants and shops. It was great. i appreciated the helpful staff. they answered my questions clearly.
The sink faucet was poorly calibrated. The water got dangerously hot.

Really good Experience!

The hotel location was AMAZING!!! I could walk to so many restaurants. The SkyTrain station was conveniently right next to the hotel. There was a Starbucks in the foyer. The hotel offered free Wi-Fi.
The hotel design seemed somewhat dated.

The location is perfect. It is central and allows walking to everything, restaurants and shopping. Rooms were up-to-date and clean.
I found only paper cups in my room. There was powdered milk but no fresh milk. The pod machine was only for hot water when making tea.

The location is good. Close to many places.
i booked a room on a high floor to get a better view, but i was given a lower floor at check-in. all i could see were the sides of other buildings. the bathroom was also dirty.

The hotel was near many places I wanted to visit. Restaurants were within walking distance, just a few blocks away. The sky train station was also very conveniently located next to the hotel.
The fridge in my room did not work. Staff did not actively point out restaurants within the hotel. That was a shame.
